STATE OF WISCONSIN, TOWN OF LIBERTY GROVE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Liberty Grove, on the first Tuesday of April, 2021, being the sixth day of said month, the following officers are to be elected:
A Town Board Chairman, for the term of two years, to succeed John Lowry, whose term will expire on April 20, 2021.
A Town Board Supervisor at large, for the term of two years, to succeed Nancy Goss, whose term will expire on April 20, 2021.
A Town Board Supervisor at large, for the term of two years, succeed Catherine Ward, whose term will expire on April 20, 2021.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers (EL-162 & CF-1) is December 1, 2020, and the final day for filing nomination papers in the office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on the third Tuesday of February 2021, being the sixteenth day of said month.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the last day for incumbent officeholders, not intending to seek re-election, to file Notification of Non-Candidacy (EL-163) is 5:00 PM on Monday, December 28, 2020.
