STATE OF WISCONSIN, TOWN OF LIBERTY GROVE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Liberty Grove, on the first Tuesday of April 2024, being the second day of said month, the following officers are to be elected:
A Town Board Supervisor at large, for a term of two years, to succeed Dan Watts, whose term will expire on April 16, 2024.
A Town Board Supervisor at large, for a term of two years, to succeed Billy Appel, whose term will expire on April 16, 2024.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2023, and the final day for filing nomination papers in the office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on the third Tuesday of February 2024, being the twentieth day of said month.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the last day for incumbents, not seeking reelection, to file Notification of Non-Candidacy (EL-163) is 5:00 PM on Friday, December 22, 2023
