NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Liberty Grove, on the first Tuesday of April 20220, being the fifth day of said month, the following officers are to be elected:
A Town Board Supervisor at large, for the term of two years, to succeed Janet Johnson, whose term will expire on April 19, 2022.
A Town Board Supervisor at large, for the term of two years, to succeed Paul Schwengel, whose term will expire on April 19, 2022.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2021, and the final day for filing nomination papers in the office of the Town Clerk/Treasurer is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on the third Tuesday of February 2022, being the fifteenth day of said month.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the last day for incumbent officeholders, not intending to seek re-election, to file Notification of Noncandidacy is 5:00 PM on Friday, December 27, 2021.
