NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the assessment roll for the Town of Liberty Grove for the 2024 assessment year will be open and available for public review from the time of the mailing of the Notices of Assessment through the Board of Review. The Assessor will be conducting Open Book meeting in-person on October 3, 2024. There will also be an Open Book meeting by phone on October 4, 2024. You may call the assessor at 920-749-1995 ext 8818 with questions or to set up an appointment any time after receiving your assessment notice, but no later than three (3) days prior to the Board of Review. Observe the following dates and times:
Thursday, October 3, 2024 – 10:00am until 2:00pm (in-person appointments at Town Hall)
Friday, October 4, 2024 – 9:00am until 3:00pm (by-phone appointments)
Thursday, October 24, 2024 – 1:00 until 3:00pm – Board of Review at Town Hall
If the Assessor is not available at the time of your call, they will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours. Provide your name, phone number, municipality in which the property is located, and the Tax Key Number from your assessment notice or tax bill.
